Cleaning the Exterior: Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to gently wipe down the helmet's outer shell. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the thermoplastic finish.
Cleaning the Visor: For the visor, use a microfiber cloth to avoid scratches. Clean with water or a visor-specific cleaner to maintain its clarity and scratch resistance.
Liner Maintenance: The interior Lycra liner is fully removable. Hand-wash the liner with mild detergent in cold water and air dry completely before reinstalling. This will keep the liner hygienic and comfortable.
Retention System Care: Occasionally check the micrometric retention system for any debris or wear. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and ensure it operates smoothly.
Storage: Store your Genesis Helmet in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods, as excessive heat may degrade the materials.
